Financial statement analysis, in particular, enables companies to assess their financial strength, determine optimal development strategies and make informed decisions in a changing market environment. Financial statement analysis is a crucial aspect of successful management. It involves a systematic analysis of an enterprise's financial and economic activities, including its structure, dynamics, and effectiveness. The scientific literature reviewed in this paper emphasizes the significance of financial statement analysis as a tool for identifying risks, formulating management strategies, and enhancing financial stability. In particular, the article discusses various aspects of the analytical approach, methods and tools of analysis that can help companies make informed management decisions. This article aims to explore the role and importance of financial statement analysis in business management. Assessment of the level of economic security of innovatively active enterprises as the basis of the management process within the financial and legal field

Today, in the current conditions of enterprise management, it is relevant to build and implement an effective economic security management system in the enterprise’s activities. Accordingly, as a control element, it is necessary to highlight the value of assessing the level of economic security in order to make the company’s specialists successful management decisions. Under the influence of momentary changes in management, it is problematic to select the theoretical and methodological foundations that will be used in such an element of enterprise management, including economic security, as an assessment. Some parameters that are obtained when assessing the level of economic security of an enterprise do not take into account all important aspects of activities. The main goal is to assess the level of economic security of innovatively active enterprises as the basis of the management process within the financial and legal field. The expediency of applying the Solow model to determine the level of economic security of innovatively active enterprises, based on the use of such quantitative indicators as the available labor resources, production assets, the volume of investment in innovation, the volume of non-productive consumption and the final product, is proposed and substantiated. The use of this technique allows us to conclude about the importance of resource provision and the dominant influence of the provision of labor resources to innovatively active enterprises. The research methodology assumes that at the present stage, the assessment of the level of economic security of enterprises is carried out using various methods and techniques. Agreeing with the permanent approaches proposed by economists, we propose to adapt to the system of methods for assessing the economic security of enterprises a method based on the use of the Solow model, the essence of which is that the economic security of an enterprise is considered as a whole economic phenomenon

Economic justification for strategic decisions to improve the competitiveness of the enter

The purpose of this article was the development of theoretical provisions, as well as the formulation of methodological and practical recommendations for the formation of a strategy for increasing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise based on the use of management tools and methods. It is shown that the strategic management of the competitiveness of enterprises is based on the principles of strategic management, scientific approaches to managing competitiveness and should be aimed at creating key competitive advantages related to market position, development of innovations, increasing labor productivity, efficient use of resources, growth in profits of enterprises, formation of effective organizational and managerial structure of enterprises and the development of human resources. Important one for achieving the competitive advantages of the organization is strategic forecasting, characterized by the ability to predict the development of the market situation. A clear understanding of what to strive for gives management staff an understanding of the business development prospects that must be achieved in the future.
Employment flexibility in Ukraine: advantages and limitations

The changes in the economic and social spheres that occur in conditions of rapid technological changes and affect the structure, form and nature of employment are studied. It is argued that increasing employment flexibility, which is in line with the idea of expanding economic freedom for employers and employees, may exacerbate the social risks associated, in particular, with a weakening of the social security of employed. The existing foreign mechanisms of risk prevention in promoting employment flexibility are analysed, and it had reflected in the flexicurity concept. It is proved that the strengthening of employment flexibility in Ukrainian practice is accompanied by three main tendencies: diversification of employment forms that are characterized by flexibility; maintaining the rigidity of labour legislation on employment and employment in the public sector; preservation of the non-sufficient and inefficient level of social protection of flexible employment. Various points of view of different scientists on employment flexibility are analysed that allowed to study the specific forms of flexible employment in the Ukrainian economy. Proposals had developed to improve the conditions for the development of flexible employment, covering organizational, economic and institutional vectors.
Financial support and forecasting of food production using economic description modeling methods

The article considers the financial programs used by the state to support food production based on the use of methods of economic descriptive modeling. It is established that the interpretation of the essence and strategy of financing in practice has quite different approaches. It has been proven that the formation of an effective system of financing food production involves the relationship and effective redistribution between different sources of financial resources. It is substantiated that agriculture has all the prerequisites for productivity growth provided that investment in the Ukrainian agricultural sector increases and effective budget financing. In this regard, the features of food production based on the use of descriptive modeling capabilities using the software package Statgraphics XVII Centurion. Because of the analysis, it is established that the main parametric criterion, which depends on the level of food production in the country as a whole and individual regions, determines the indicator of agricultural production, quantitative parameters of which are taken as a basis for calculating self-sufficiency, import coverage, calories, consumption, profitability and others. Estimation of this indicator by means of modeling allowed to make the forecast of dynamics of change of its volumes for the next twelve time periods for the purpose of preliminary definition of level of food production. For this purpose, the economic and mathematical tools of estimation of forecast dynamics of change of volumes of agricultural production for the future periods are used. Modeling of the indicator of agricultural production per person per year was carried out by research on the normality of distribution using Kolmogorov Smirnov, Anderson - Darling compliance tests and a modified Kolmogorov - Smirnov test. According to the results of comparative analysis of seventeen different models and five compliance tests, it was found that most of the statistical tests are quadratic model, based on which the projected volumes of agricultural production per person per year and calculated for each forecast year (period) with a reliability of 95% lower and upper limits of the studied indicator. It is established that by 2030 in Ukraine with a high probability the growth trend of agricultural production will continue, and at a high rate. Foreign direct investments in the economic growth of the open economy of Ukraine

In terms of globalization of the world economy, the open economy of a country participating in the globalization process becomes an organic element of the world economy and thus receives additional incentives for development. International flows of goods and capital allow countries to get new sources for economic growth. Economic growth is now not only a function of internal but also of external factors. It is they who now determine the modernization tendencies of national economic policies, forcing them to move in accordance with world trends. The purpose of the research is to assess the relationship between economic growth of the country and external factors of its economic development, as well as to identify the dependency between external factors in order to clarify their role in the modernization of national economy. With this aim, the analysis of the main parameters of openness of Ukraine’s economy is carried out, as of external factors that influence on the national economic development, changes in the traditional production function under the influence of introduction in it of external factors of development, the estimated indicators of the named influences are modeled. The novelty of the research is the identification of dependency between the forms of openness of the economy and economic growth, the development of a model of relationship between the forms of openness of the economy. Research method. The study is based on a set of economic and economic-mathematical methods that are needed to identify the influence of external factors on the national economy, especially methods of abstraction, systematic and structural-comparative analysis, synthesis and modeling of economic processes. Among the models used in the research is a multifactor regression model. The empirical basis was the materials of official statistics of Ukraine for 1999—2019. The results of research showed: the role of globalization of Ukraine’s economy in its economic development, the importance of FDI as an external factor of economic development, the strong link between international capital flows and international flows of goods into the Ukrainian economy, the positive impact of the latter on the former.
Formalization of the influence of exogenous and endogenous processes on the financial activities of agribusiness enterprises

The functioning of business structures in the agricultural sector has recently become significantly more complicated. In today's conditions, it is becoming more and more difficult to develop security strategies for agribusiness enterprises, because factors that have arisen relatively recently, especially of an external nature, have a significant negative impact on the financial activities of enterprises. In order to make optimal financial decisions, the entire toolkit, developed and tested by many years of business experience in the agricultural sector both abroad and in the middle of our country, should be used. One of these methods is economic descriptive cognitive modeling, which allows to analyze external and internal factors influencing the activities of enterprises, evaluate the strength of their interaction, and graphically display cause-and-effect relationships in a dynamic system. The method of cognitive modeling was studied in order to formalize the influence of exogenous and endogenous processes on the financial activity of agribusiness enterprises. As a result of the research, the components of the development of enterprises in the agricultural sector were analyzed from the standpoint of ensuring the efficiency of their financial activities using cognitive modeling. A matrix of causality and a cognitive map of the influence of a number of factors on the target component "financial activity of the agribusiness enterprises" were built. Impulse modeling of the influence of given concepts was carried out. The results of the conducted cognitive modeling of the influence of factors can be used to develop a safe strategy for the sustainable development of enterprises of other industries in the conditions of dynamic changes. The application of the cognitive approach made it possible to foresee various processes of development of situations in this system that may arise in it under the expected influence of various factors, as well as the influence of regulatory and control systems. © 2024 by the author(s).
Formation on of the Cultural Environment of Ukraine through the Development of Creative Clusters

The development of Ukrainian culture embodies the cultural customs, traditions, and national identity of the Ukrainian people. Through the use of territorial united communities functioning in the cultural environment, Ukraine can qualitatively improve the level of the country's brand and ensure the growth of internal culture and Ukrainianization processes. The importance of the issue of creative cluster development lies in the possibility of improving modern Ukrainian culture in the conditions of war and promoting the popularization of culture on the world stage. From the above provisions, the topic of the article requires careful research on the prospects for the formation of creative clusters and the methodology of their formation. It forms the relevance of the research topic. The article aims to study the features of the application of creative clusters and the quality of their use as a tool for the development and formation of the cultural environment in Ukraine. Moreover, it is through the acquisition of current trends in world culture, the formed Ukrainian clusters can be used for the applied analysis of the cultural rise of Ukraine as a result of Russian intervention. The objectives of the article are to determine the characteristic principles of creative cluster development, to study the essence of the concept of creative cluster, and to explore its role in the modern Ukrainian space. The methodology of the study lies in the use of the graphical method. It has served to design the scheme of the system of creative clusters development and implementation of the synthesis method, as well as to reflect the importance of the Ukrainian idea for modern Ukrainian society. The article analyzes the development of digital technologies, their impact on creative clusters, and their functioning both in the global environment and exclusively in the Ukrainian one. The prospects for the development of creative clusters have been investigated and the reasons for their formation have been distinguished. The article provides recommendations for solving the issues of the cultural environment in Ukraine and outlines promising directions for the development of creative clusters. They are aimed at popularizing Ukrainianization in the internal Ukrainian environment and projecting Ukrainian spiritual and ethical morality in the world space.
Implementation of the model of innovative tourist product in Ukraine: financial and economic aspects

The article presents a scientific discussion on trends and prospects for product innovation in the tourism business. The main objective of the study is to substantiate the nature and role of innovative tourism products in improving the efficiency of economic and product activities of tourism enterprises, the need for their implementation in tourism at its present stage in Ukraine. Analysis of literature sources and existing approaches to solving the problem of implementation of innovative products by tourism enterprises allowed us to formulate conceptual tools in this area, taking into account industry specifics, to characterize the types of product innovations of tourism enterprises. The topicality of solving this scientific problem boils down to the fact that in conditions of competition, the development of tourism business is ensured primarily by the use of product innovations by tourism enterprises, the introduction of effective ways to implement priority areas of innovation. The study of the problem of implementation of innovative tourist products in the practical activities of enterprises is carried out in the following logical sequence: the subject matter and types of innovative tourist products have been analysed, the main prerequisites for their implementation in the activities of enterprises have been defined; the main trends in the development of innovations in the tourism business of Ukraine, in particular, new tourism products and innovative approaches used to retain regular customers and attract new ones in a competitive environment; an optimal model of implementation of innovative tourist products has been developed. The methodological tools of the conducted study were general theoretical and specific methods, in particular, logical and dialectical, graphoanalytical method, method of scientific abstraction, systemic and integrated approaches. The study covered the period of 2010—2019. The object of research is an innovative tourist product that allowed implementation of its model taking into account the effect of external and internal environment.The article presents the results of empirical analysis of the main trends in the development of innovation at the present stage of development of the tourism business in Ukraine. In addition, there are reasons that inhibit innovation in tourism, which must be taken into account for the development and implementation of innovative tourist products.The study theoretically proves and supports that the development of innovative activities and the introduction of innovative tourist products provide tourism enterprises with competitive advantages. The results of the study can be useful in the practical work of travel agencies that seek to create a portfolio of innovative products and increase the efficiency of their activities.
Improvement of the methodological approach to assessing the impact of public governance on ensuring the economic security of the state

Ensuring economic security is a guarantee of independence and autonomy of the state, an integral condition for stability and effective functioning of society. Given the development of the world economy, ensuring the economic security of Ukraine, which is the basis of national security, is becoming an increasingly urgent problem. The formation of the system of economic security of Ukraine takes place in the conditions of economic globalization, which can not but affect the national interests and trends of socio-economic development of the country. It is to address this result that the issue of regulating the role and place of economic security in the general system of public administration mechanisms in Ukraine arises. In today’s realities there is a negative trend of increasing influence of external and internal threats on the activities of the state and its management. The modern concept of state development provides a single set of requirements for its institutions: openness of legal and economic systems; transparency of the mechanism of public administration, its economic, legal and information support; protection of economic interests of the state, social protection of life and health of the population, etc. Improving the management of economic processes in the state should begin with the development of a clear procedure and mechanisms for identifying and neutralizing threats in the system, which will contribute to the development of effective economic policy, state control over the socio-economic system, objective prioritization of economic reform, etc. Assessment of the current state of economic regulation has revealed that the main energy of the executive branch is spent not on overcoming the causes that provoke illegitimate phenomena, but on combating their consequences, so it requires the development of effective mechanisms for public administration of economic security.
Influence of corporate governance ratings on assessment of non-financial threats to economic security of joint stock companies

In modern conditions of transformation and globalization of economic processes, rapid development of information and science-intensive technologies, each company seeks to ensure effective management of its activities and achieve a higher level of competitiveness. The level of quality of corporate governance influences the formation of the rating of enterprises and plays an important role in making decisions about investing in the company. At the same time, ensuring financial security is the most urgent task of society, the state, enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership, entrepreneurs, and every citizen. In this regard, the practical implementation of recommendations to maintain financial security at the appropriate level will contribute to the completion of market transformations in the financial and credit sphere of the country, increase the level of financial security of enterprises, increase human security. It is corporate-type enterprises, namely joint-stock companies and limited liability companies, that are the main types of business structures that ensure the development of a market economy. Therefore, it is advisable to pay attention to the features of ensuring and assessing the quality of corporate governance of enterprises aimed at implementing the model of long-term sustainable development. The purpose of the article is to establish the impact of corporate governance ratings on the assessment of non-financial threats to the economic security of joint stock companies. In the article In the article the systematization of corporate governance indicators by criteria is carried out; the main components of the S&P corporate governance rating methodology, the CORE rating, the main components of the RID-Expert RA corporate governance rating methodology, the main components of the corporate governance methodology of the Crichton-Miller and Warman methodology, the main components of the Corporate Governance rating rating Credit Rating Agency; the advantages and disadvantages of methods of compiling corporate governance ratings are highlighted.
Infrastructure of innovation enterprise: features of formation and regulation in modern market conditions

Innovative entrepreneurship in a market economy becomes an active factor in economic development, commercialization, creative activity of new technological ideas developers. The operation of an extensive network of innovation infrastructure, elements of which are implemented in specific forms of economic activity, is a necessary factor for the successful development of innovation entrepreneurship. The purpose of the article is to study the essence of the concept of "infrastructure of innovation entrepreneurship" and to develop basic recommendations for its formation for further use by public authorities in the process of promoting the development of innovation entrepreneurship in the country. In the article, the content of the categories "innovative entrepreneurship" is defined. To achieve this goal, the following methods of scientific research were used: the method of comparison and synthesis; abstract-logical method; economic and mathematical modeling; graphical method. According to the results of the study, the suggested recommendations for the formation of innovation entrepreneurship infrastructure at the national and regional level can be used by public authorities in the process of creating a single mechanism for regulating innovation infrastructure, which would ensure interaction between business, public authorities, science, and end-users of an innovation product (service) at all stages of development and implementation of innovation projects.

The article examines the legal institution of the restriction of human rights as a necessary and unconditional tool for the functioning of a democratic society. The article deals with the issue of the restriction of human rights under martial law. It was found that the restrictions on rights and freedoms during martial law, as a rule, do not apply to the basic rights of citizens; are limited in scope and time of effect, are applied only on the basis of relevant normative legal acts. It has been studied that martial law means the possibility of legal restriction of the rights and freedoms of citizens and a temporary deviation from the provisions of the Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the Constitution of Ukraine

Management of state financial policy in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic has added an unprecedented element of unpredictability to the global economy. States are trying to fight the epidemic economic and social consequences by taking drastic measures, including financial intervention, in an attempt to stabilize markets. The article draws analogies with the crisis periods of the past, like the Great Depression of the 1930s, and shows that the current crisis has significant differences, which makes it difficult to apply any proven models of public financial policy to mitigate the consequences of the crisis. The necessity of strengthening the investment activity of the state, as well as the activity of the Central Bank to prevent financial panics, is substantiated, which should be carried out simultaneously with structural reforms

The article is devoted to corporate financial diagnostics' peculiarities in the context of ideas about organizational crises. The economic signs of a crisis enterprise are considered in conjunction with the critical signs of a crisis: a threat to priority goals, suddenness, and lack of time for making anti-crisis decisions. The study of scientific ideas about the crisis, in conjunction with the enterprise's financial characteristics, is a necessary stage in the formation of the methodology of corporate financial diagnostics.
Money laundering: macroeconomic assessment methods and current trend in Ukraine

The paper examines the scientists’ approaches to the evaluation of money laundering. Attention is drawn to the macroeconomic results of such an analysis. The research on the scope of money laundering and its impact on the country’s economy is reviewed. Relevant literature and selected techniques have been highlighted and are widely available in the world. The focus is on discussing the macroeconomic implications of money laundering and on finding methods for evaluating the various scales and conclusions reached by various scholars on the scope and flows of money laundering. An authors’ approach to the analysis of the phenomenon of money laundering is proposed based on the study of the links between the level of money laundering with the level of vulnerability of economic sectors and the spread of other negative socio-economic phenomena. Using unique empirical data obtained as a result of an expert survey in the field of money laundering, conducted a statistical analysis and test of the statistical hypothesis regarding the presence of interconnections and to determine the essential dependence of money laundering level on the selected indicators’ subgroups of macroeconomic nature for analysis based on Pearson and Kendall’s Taw correlation coefficients. The conclusions on the correlation between the level of money laundering in Ukraine and macroeconomic processes in Ukraine are substantiated: shadowing of economic relations, optimization of tax burden at the initiative of business entities and «prosperity» of money laundering due to strong corruption ties in this sphere. The grounds for determining the priorities of further state policy in the sphere of anti-money laundering have been formed, for the national financial monitoring of relevant benchmarks of increased risk of financial transactions in specific sectors of the economy and possible further methodological use of sectoral analysis (with wider coverage of the national economic sectors) money laundering risks.

This article provides relevant information for students and teachers on making changes to the concept of teaching this discipline "Pedagogy and Psychology". A list of competencies with decoding for future specialists training in pedagogical and psychological specialties is given. The study highlights the topics and features of teaching the discipline in question in higher education. Organizational (managerial) culture of upbringing multidimensionally reveals the possibility of improving the upbringing and educational process quality. The implementation of the development of the recommended competencies and support with appropriate pedagogical support will gradually bring students to a different (systemic and reflective, rather than chaotic and intuitive) level of mastering a theoretically and methodically complex course of methodological foundations. This will lead to the development of a culture of oral speech, the ability to listen and hear others, to assess one's capabilities, and ideally to define oneself as a subject of professional training "here and now," and to an actual and meaningful need for it as the most important determinant of personal and professional movement.
Problems and trends of the information security systems in some countries of the Asian region

The article is devoted to the theoretical and legal analysis of information security systems in some countries of the Asian region. It is proposed to consider the information protection system as a set of interrelated elements and their interactions aimed at preventing and countering threats in the information sphere, as well as developing and improving the system itself. The system-structural approach allowed the author to highlight the following elements of the information security system: objects, subjects, scope, functions, conditions and directions of the system, principles and legal framework. The main trend in the field of information security of these countries is the strengthening of state regulation of their cyberspace. In particular, the legislation of these countries strictly regulates the rights, duties and responsibilities of the owners of information resources on the Internet, news aggregators, instant messengers and search engine operators.
