The current state of the normative legal framework of state regulation and the state of scientific research regarding the purpose, principles of formation and approaches to the systematization and structuring of the components of logistics support and the assessment of its quality and effectiveness are determined. It was established that certain provisions of regulatory documents regulating these processes are outdated and do not meet the requirements of the times. The authors of the work identified the main alternative approaches to the formation of the basic principles of the formation of logistical support for the purposes of national security of the state and its regions. The composition of the specified principles was clarified based on the specific conditions for the implementation of logistical tasks both in the field of military logistics and the logistics of crisis situations typical for the conditions of conducting a hybrid war. As a result of the analysis of the mentioned approaches, it is proposed to supplement the existing complex with such macroeconomic principles as: the principle of partnership and multilateral cooperation, the anticipatory principle of collective defense, and at the level of individual tasks, the list of existing principles is supplemented with the principle of logistics optimization and outsourcing. The modern understanding of the "logistics support" category based on a systemic approach has been clarified. It was established that logistics support is, firstly, a complex of multifunctional means and tools, secondly, it is hierarchical in its structure, thirdly, the set of its components is determined by a list of specific tasks both within individual functions and in the whole set of tasks of complex (force and other) operations. An analysis of existing approaches to the systematization and structuring of logistics support components was carried out. Deficiencies in the structuring of the components of the logistics environment in the professional publications of individual scientists have been identified. On the basis of a critical analysis of current publications, an author's decomposition of the components of logistical support for solving security and defense tasks in the conditions of hybrid warfare was formed and their content was revealed. It was established that within the framework of the system approach, logistics support is a complex of interconnected links and components connected to each other in a single process of implementing tasks aimed at achieving internal and external security and defense goals. It is substantiated that the main components of this system are normative-legal, informational, organizational-economic, infrastructural, production-technological and medical. It has been proven that logistics support formed on the basis of analysis and consideration of environmental factors enables the realization of security and defense goals by integrating functional, management and support functions, and within them, processes and operationsДокумент Development of a methodical approach to rating to assess the economic security of institutions of professional pre-higher education(Scientific Center of Innovative Research, 2022) Sumbaieva, Liudmyla; Сумбаєва, Людмила Петрівнаhe article is devoted to the development of a solution for creating a ranking of institutions of professional higher education. The methodological approach involves the distribution of sources of information on the basis of which the calculation of indicators on the "open" (O) and "closed" (C). The obtained result will characterize the compliance of the institutionof professional higher education with the proposed indicators, the level of success of participation in the ranking, prospects in the formation of the contingent of students who will ensure its economic security. Women principals use their intuition more often than men, they are more communicative, have deeper emotional experiences, more often smooth out conflict situations, prefer external motivation. With aging, the importance of such values as the social authority and recognition, the possibility of self-development, self-improvement, the creative nature of management increases. The instrumental value of executive discipline, responsibility, intransigence to one's own shortcomings and the shortcomings ofsubordinates also increases, the values of self-control and the availability of free time decrease. Principals with 11 to 15 years of experience have the greatest hope for success, and those with more than 21 years of experience have the least hope. It presents the structural-functional model of communication in crisis family systems, which consists of five components: stabilizers of family interaction (family norms and values); configurations (patterns) offamily interaction; modes of family relations and attitudes; factors and mechanisms of family relations reproduction and assimilation of family interaction patterns;types of family experience reproduction. The article analyzes and empirically confirms the models of family experience reproduction in crisis family systems with different type of interpersonal interaction organization both within this system and outside it. The research shows that the crisis family has a bipolar nature and, despite its inherent dysfunction and suboptimal configurations of family interactions, it is an institution of socialization that provides the child with ample opportunities to gain new social experiences other than those produced within it.Crisis family systems in the aggregate of the structural and functional components we have identified are considered in this article in comparison with normal (ideal) family systems in the empirical field of research. At the same time (and this is especially important), the main attention is paid by us not to the quantitative and not qualitative composition of the family, not to whether this family is “complete” or “incomplete”, but to the features of the psychological and, above all, emotional ties between its members, as well as the patterns of their interaction with each other.Empirically understood in the course ofthe study, these components are described in some way in the article. It has been determined that in a problem family there is a violation of the system of intra-family communications, a worsened psychological atmosphere, distorted family functions and socializing influences. It is established that the problem family is a bipolar phenomenon, which on the one hand, has dysfunction, is characterized by conflict, difficulties in implementing educational functions, etc., and on the other -gives the child moreopportunities to gain social experience, promote independence and adaptability. The analysis of the results of the study concludes that the key mechanism of socialization is the assimilation of patterns and configurations of interaction that can be implemented in three types of reproduction of family experience: replication (full reproduction of the parental pattern of behavior), partial reproduction; implementation of opposite (those that are present in the family experience) patterns of behavior. It is proved that the choice of the type of reproduction of experience is determined by the level of criticality, which means a set of cognitiveand emotional processes that allow the child based on the unity of analysis (cognitive component) and emotional reflection (emotional component) to make judgments about the appropriateness or inexpediency of family experience. It is shown that the crisis family has a bipolar nature and, despite its inherent dysfunction and suboptimal configurations of family interactions,it is an institution of socialization, which not only gives the child an "ideal" family experience, but also creates opportunities for alternative social experiences. different from that produced within a particular family system.Документ Implementation of water sector acquis in Ukraine(Environmental Law Network, 2022) Vykhryst, Serhiy; Вихрист, Сергій МихайловичThis paper provides an overview and analysis of the progress made by Ukra ine in implementing Water Sector acquis listed in the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. The paper concludes that for the most part the transposition of the respective Directives is complete. It is argued, however, that extra effort is required under the Nitrates Directive and the Drinking Water Directive. Notwi thstanding tangible gains in the development of River Basin Management Plans, Flood Risk Management Plans and the adoption of the Marine Environmental Strategy of Ukraine, the implementation of the State Water Monitoring Program suffers obvious difficulties caused by the unprovoked and unjustified russia’s military aggression against Ukraine, especially in the areas of active warfare. Massive destruction of infrastructure including centralized water supply and se werage systems is likely to hinder implementation of the Drinking Water Direc tive and the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive in Ukraine.Документ Prerequisites and certain aspects of implementation of an integrated approach to regulating industrial pollution in Ukraine(Environmental Law Network International, 2022) Aleksyeyeva, Yelyzaveta; Vykhryst, Serhiy; Skrylnikov, Dmytro; Sushko, Svitlana; Вихрист, Сергій МихайловичThe piece explores the prerequisites of implementation of an integrated approach to regulating industrial pollution in Ukraine as well as provides an insight into the legislative proposals on introduction of the integrated environmental permits currently under consideration in the Parliament of Ukraine. The article argues that the proposed regulation corresponds to the respective EU acquis, including the Aarhus Convention. Therefore, the study of the state of the electric power industry after the terrorist attacks of Russian aggressors and the actions of the authorities to neutralize the damage caused by the enemy is an extremely urgent task. The purpose of the article is to analyze the state of the electric power industry after the terrorist attacks of Russian aggressors and the actions of the authorities to neutralize the damage caused by the enemy. The structural-functional method helps to identify the main elements of conflict interaction, to determine the role of each of them.
