In the article the signifi cance of teachers’ qualifi cations upgrading in contemporary con-ditions is studied. The authors analyzed the features of planning and organization of teacher’s qualifi cations upgrading, types of teacher’s training and conceptualized the proposals for improving the process of teacher’s qualifi cations upgrading.
