At the same time, these mechanisms should be neutral, free from corruption and must not have negative influence on business processes. Mediation is considered as one of the popular methods for solving the conflicts in business sphere. It is distinguished not only from courts but also from other methods of alternative dispute resolution. Gradually, mediation becomes popular in Eastern Europe and in post-socialist world as well. The court systems which are overwhelmed by disputes can benefit from mediators who can relieve the judges from the immense number of cases. Moreover, popularizing the mediation can be profitable for businesses too.
