dc.description.abstract	Models of IT projects for the development of distributed information systems are proposed for consideration. Concepts and their interrelations under the influence of turbulent dynamic changes are defined and discussed. A process model of proactive approach to managing changes in IT projects is proposed. © 2018 IEEE.
