Анотація
У статті розглянуто такий вид загроз економічній безпеці суб’єктів господарської діяльності у системі фінансової безпеки держави, як рейдерство. Уточнено сутність понять «рейдерство» та «протидія рейдерству». Проведено дослідження методології протистояння недружнім поглинанням. Проаналізовані передумови рейдерських атак на підприємства. Розроблено методику прогнозування банкрутства як загрози економічній безпеці підприємств, використання якої як інструменту державного моніторингу дозволить попередити негативні наслідки рейдерських захоплень для стану фінансової безпеки України.
The article deals with the stages of raider development. The influence of raids on economic security of economic entities in the system of financial security of the state is researched. The essence of the concepts of "raider" and "counteraction to raiding" is specified. The study of the methodology of counteraction to unfriendly absorption has been carried out. The main methods of raiding opposition are systematized. The relationship between bankruptcy and raiding at enterprises is investigated. The list of indicators on the basis of which the estimation of financial condition of the enterprises is carried out, the results of which allows to identify the preconditions of raider attacks at the enterprises. The method of forecasting bankruptcy as a threat to the economic security of enterprises is developed, the use of which as a tool of state monitoring will prevent the negative consequences of raider hijackings for the state of financial security of Ukraine. Approbation of the proposed methodology was carried out at five enterprises of Ukraine, which confirmed previous calculations, more accurately pointing to the reality of the threat of raider capture.
