Constitutional duty of man and citizen to defend the Motherland: the theoretical and practical aspects

Abstract

The article examines doctrinal approaches to defi ning the essence of the constitutional obligation to defend the homeland, as well as the constitutional practice of the legal consolidation of the above duties. Investigated and analyzed the state of the theoretical and legal enforcement of citizens of their constitutional duty to defend the motherland and the content of the constitutional obligations set out in article 65 of the Constitution of Ukraine
