A robust Human Resource Management System (HRMS) plays a pivotal role in enabling companies to adapt to changing market conditions, fostering talent acquisition, development, and retention. This research explores the foundational aspects of modern HR management systems and their role in providing a competitive edge by fostering resilience and adaptability. Special focus is given to the operational requirements of HRMS in environments undergoing substantial changes, such as those prompted by conflict or economic shifts, where enterprises must overcome challenges like workforce shortages, emotional stress among employees, and the need for rapid adaptation to new economic realities. The purpose of this study is to conceptualize the essence, characteristics, goals, and objectives of an adaptive HRMS under strategic shifts. By examining the HRMS from a strategic perspective, this research outlines its essential components, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and employee retention processes. The study also delves into the role of modern technologies and management practices in enhancing workforce productivity, employee engagement, and overall organizational resilience. This investigation targets the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of HRMS improvement, specifically under rapidly changing external conditions. На першому етапі дослідження подано альтернативне бачення сутності та властивостей логістичної системи організації. Встановлено загальні та специфічні риси логістичних систем організацій та визначено існуючі підходи до їх декомпозиції. Доведено, що в умовах невизначеності та нестабільності середовища логістична система постійно змінює свій склад і взаємозв’язки в часі та просторі для адаптації до середовища з метою забезпечення результативного функціонування організації. В процесі дослідження виявлено відсутність єдиного підходу до класифікації функціональних підсистем та складових логістичної системи організації. Другим етапом дослідження став бібліографічний аналіз фахових джерел з питань впровадження логістичних підходів та формування і аналізу логістичних систем лікувально-профілактичних закладів охорони здоров’я. Встановлено, що при організації надання медичних послуг реалізується логістичний підхід – розгалужена система взаємодії різних служб, інтегровані результати яких дають оптимальну організацію та надання пацієнтам кваліфікованої медичної допомоги. Виділено визначені науковцями принципи побудови, функції, склад основних елементів логістичної системи лікувально-профілактичного закладу охорони здоров’я. На завершальному етапі дослідження сформовано авторське бачення сутності, основних завдань, декомпозиції потоків, особливостей та складових функціональної моделі логістичної системи лікувально-профілактичного закладу охорони здоров’я. Наразі відбувається формування нової культура, що заснована на побудові мирного освітнього простору та зменшення рівня конфліктів в учнівському та студентському середовищах, повазі до особистості кожного учасника освітнього середовища, але найбільше стосовно неповнолітніх. Сучасні навчальні заклади різних рівнів є основною ланкою, де здобувачі набувають знань та навичок не лише із різноманітних предметів, але і як поводитись у соціальному середовищі, реагувати на різні життєві ситуації. Сьогодні, в процесі реформування системи освіти, проблемні питання конфліктів, булінгу, насильства в шкільному/студентському середови щах можуть бути перепоною для досягнення мети всебічного розвитку дитини. Тому впровадження відновних практик у навчально-виховний процес закладів освіти – це один із шляхів досягнення даної мети. Медіація є ефективним інструментом відновного підходу, який поєднує цінності, принципи, практики і методи вирішення конфліктів. У даній статті було проаналізовано підходи до становлення медіації не тільки як соціально-правового явища в Україні, але і як способу захисту прав і свобод учасників освітнього процесу, а насамперед неповнолітніх. Особливе місце у статті було присвячено загальній характеристиці конфліктів у сфері освіти та взаємозв’язку принци пів та інструментів медіації із здатністю забезпечити особисті права і свободи людини і громадянина . Зокрема, автором було здійснено аналіз можливостей освітньої медіації у створенні безпечного простору для всіх учасників освітнього процесу. Досліджено, що дотримання принципів медіації сприяє багато в чому задоволенню базових психологічних та особи стісних потреб людини та індивіда, що в свою чергу являє собою соціальний інструмент, який дозволяє ефективно попереджати та вирішувати суперечки і конфлікти, створюючи комфортне середовище як у закладах фахової передвищої та вищої освіти, так і в шкільних закладах. The aim of the research is to determine the theoretical foundations of the architectonics of competitiveness of innovation–oriented enterprises in the context of international globalization. Research methods. The main methods were method of system analysis; induction and deduction; literature search method; competitive analysis; strategic analysis, factor analysis; graphical and others. Results of the investigation. It has been established that the architectonics of competitiveness of innovation–oriented enterprises in the context of international globalization is gaining relevance in the context of dynamic changes in the world economic space, increasing competition in the global market and the importance of innovation for ensuring the sustainable development of companies. It is determined that enterprises must quickly adapt to the challenges of globalization, in particular through the introduction of innovative strategies and new technologies, where innovation is becoming a key factor determining the ability of companies not only to maintain their market position but also to expand their capabilities in the international arena. It is proved that modern enterprises are facing such global trends as digitalization, environmental transformation, and integration into international logistics, which requires an effective competitiveness management strategy. The study of competitiveness architectonics allows us to reveal the structural elements and interrelationships that form a comprehensive system of competitive advantages of innovation–oriented enterprises. Given the constant changes in the global market, it is important to understand how globalization processes affect the development of innovative enterprises and what strategies can ensure their sustainability and success in the long term. It is determined that the architectonics of competitiveness of innovation–oriented enterprises is a system of structural and functional components that provide the enterprise with a stable position in the market in the context of the following potentials: innovation potential; financial potential; marketing potential; organizational potential. The main factors of influence on innovation–oriented enterprises in the context of globalization are investigated: access to international markets; international cooperation; technology transfer; competitive pressure. The strategic directions of innovation–oriented enterprises to improve competitiveness in the context of globalization are proposed: investing in innovation; improving the efficiency of operations; global presence; international cooperation. Scope of the results. Competitiveness of the enterprise, enterprise economics, enterprise strategy, enterprise management, enterprise innovation, enterprise efficiency, international and global economy. Conclusions. As a result, we have proved that the competitiveness of innovation–oriented enterprises in the context of international globalization is a complex and multidimensional phenomenon that requires an effective management architecture. It is established that enterprises that are able to adapt to new challenges, using innovation as the basis of their strategy and actively developing their international presence, have a better chance of operating effectively. It has been determined that in the context of globalization, competitiveness is not limited to local markets – it has an international dimension, which requires a strategic approach to managing innovations and resources. It is established that the intensive growth of globalization has affected the dynamics of development of many sectors of the economy, especially in the context of the spread of information technology and rapid innovation. It is proved that innovative enterprises seeking to be competitive in the international arena must constantly adapt to changes and develop new technological solutions: the competitiveness of such enterprises largely depends on their ability to innovate, adapt strategies to global conditions and respond quickly to new challenges. The author proposes to define competitiveness architectonics as a set of interrelated components that allow an enterprise to maintain and strengthen its position in international markets, where innovative strategies, flexibility and openness to change are the basis for successful functioning in the context of global competition.
